Thanks Carol for the compliment. Cuban bread, cheddar cheese, Goya brand guava jelly and Cuban coffee commonly called "Café con Leche" sweetened with the condensed milk. The Avocado is usually seasoned with the Key Lime juice and hot sauce. This "Conch" breakfast is typical in Key West with it's Cuban and Bahamian roots. Avocados are called "Alligator Pears" by Key West natives. We Key Westers refer to ourselves as "Conchs" as in the Bahamas regardless if your heritage is Bahamian or Cuban, in many cases, both. A quick and delicious way to start the day. I appreciate your interest in our culture. Regards, Bob
